Kia ora, welcome to my site.
I am Tawa Hunter, the creator of Tawa Hunter Ltd.

Half of my ancestral roots lie in Cumberland, Scotland. I descend from a heroic Scottish ancestor, Fairburn,  who saved the Scottish King by lifting him in full amour with one arm onto his horse in battle. He was honored with the title Sir Strong Arm (later Anglicised to Armstrong) and recorded in our  Armstrong crest of arms bearing the words, Invictus Maneo, I remain unvanquished.

The other half are embedded on the east coast of Aotearoa, New Zealand. Here I descend from Apanui Waipapa down through a long line of Maori artists. This is the bloodline of my creativity and also the major influence on all of my work.

I have developed this business to aid companies in strengthening their brand and fostering those relationships that matter the most.
